工作职责/Job Responsibility · 供应商流程审核，改善供应商质量管理体系，供应商的定期拜访和质量检测； Supplier quality improvement, via supplier process audit, regular visit and on site quality check. · 与供应商的质量会议，解决投诉表，8条准则解决供应商的问题； Quality meeting with supplier, define and monitor complain sheet and 8D report with supplier. · 根据IQC月报监管供应商的日常质量性能，若有异常及时联系供应商； Monitor the supplier's daily quality performance according to quality reports (inspection report, quality feedback/complaints from MFO and customers). · 帮助供应商改进生产流程，尤其在机加工零件方面 Help suppliers to improve their manufacturing process, especially in machining parts. · 质量项目管理；（通过电话会议，定期拜访等） Quality project management, follow up via Skype and visit them if needed. · 与采购部门合作开发新供应商，降低成本； Cooperate with PUR department for new supplier development, delivery and cost down. · 与供应商处理缺陷零件； Claim handling of defective parts to suppliers. · 与研发部门和供应商协调图纸； Drawing issues coordination with END and supplier. · 公司其他相关质量问题 Other related quality issues with PACN compliance request. 工作要求/Job Requirement · 机械相关专业，本科及以上； Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical or related major. · 质量管理领域5年以上经验，熟悉制造过程的机械零部件和板料； Over 5 years’ experience in supplier quality management field, familiar with the manufacturing process of mechanical parts and sheet metal parts. · 良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力，有团队精神和过程审核证书； Good communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit and Certificate of Process Audit · 良好的英语口语和写作能力 Good command in oral and written English. 职能类别：供应商质量工程师 关键字：机加工工艺质量管理供应商质量
